Q: Do you ship animals anywhere?
A: We sell primarily out of the Midland/Odessa area, but can arrange transport or delivery options to other locations where it is legal and safe to do so. Availability and options depend on the species and destination.

Q: Do I need permits or special paperwork?
A: Some animals may require permits or have restrictions depending on your state, city, or county. We strongly recommend checking your local laws. We can help point you in the right direction, but final responsibility rests with the buyer.

Q: Can you get something that isn’t listed on the site?
A: Many times, yes. If we don’t currently have it, we might be able to help you locate it through our network. Just ask.

Q: Do you offer care information?
A: Yes. We’ll go over basic care, housing, and feeding needs, and we’re happy to answer questions as you get settled with your new animal.
